INVITATION ORDERING PROCESS
Here’s how our ordering process works and what you can expect:

After e-mailing Simply Personal, you will be contacted to set up your complimentary consultation.  In our complimentary consultation, also known as a brainstorming session, we will assess your ideas, color scheme, time frame and any important information that would impact the design direction.  But, don’t worry if you do not have any specific ideas – this is where we will use our expertise in creative design to come up with something perfect for you.

Every custom project has elements that may affect the cost. Before any work is done, we will put together a price estimate for you to approve prior to beginning the design process. After you approve the quote, 50 percent of the cost will be required as a deposit. A final invoice will be sent to you upon completion of the project.  No work will be done until you have approved the quote.

You will receive personalized service throughout the process, making sure your design is exactly what you envision.  Proofs will be sent to you via e-mail for your review and approval.

How long does it take?
Typically, we suggest two weeks for the design work and two weeks for printing.  However, we also offer fast-turn solutions. Once we have a clear view of the project, we will estimate the time requirement and delivery date.
